Cristiano Ronaldo (1985) is a Portuguese footballer who made history at Real Madrid. He is a player for Juventus, Italy and the Portuguese national team. He was voted the best player in the world in 2008, 2013, 2014, 2016 and 2017. He received five Ballon d’Or in his career.
Infancy
Cristiano Ronaldo dos Santos Aveiro was born in the city of Funchal, on the island of Madeira, Portugal, on February 5, 1985. The youngest son of gardener José Diniz Pereira Aveiro and cook Maria Dolores dos Santos Aveiro, as a child he spent most of his your day playing ball in the street with friends.
Start of Career
Cristiano Ronaldo began his career at the age of 9 when he debuted at Futebol Clube Andorinha, in Madeira Island. With great skills, he soon aroused the interest of the biggest club on the island, Nacional, who signed him in 1995.
Sporting Lisboa

Manchester United
In 2003, Cristiano Ronaldo caught the attention of the manager of Manchester United, England. He was signed to replace the player David Beckham, who had been signed by Real Madrid, Spain.

Real Madrid
In 2008, after much speculation, Cristiano Ronaldo moved to Real Madrid, and participated in the 2009-2010 season. His signing was the most expensive at the club, which had other world-renowned players such as Kaká, Zidane, Ronaldo and Roberto Carlos, who were part of the first phase of the great stars of the Spanish team, who became known as the Intergalácticos.

Juventus

On January 16, 2019, Cristiano lifted the first cup with the Juventus shirt, when he scored the goal for the title of the 2018 Italian Super Cup, against Milan by the score of 1-0.
In the first leg of the round of 16 of the 2018-19 UEFA Champions League, Juventus lost 2-0 to Atlético de Madrid. In the return match, on March 12, 2018, Cristiano Ronaldo secured the classification by scoring 3 goals in the 3-0 victory.
Portuguese selection
Cristiano Ronaldo was called up by the Portuguese national team and participated in the Euro Cup in 2004, where he was runner-up playing with Greece. At the 2006 World Cup, he ranked 4th with the Portugal national team and was considered one of the best in the world. In 2016, Portugal was the European Champion.
