Mamadou Lamine Camara is a Senegalese professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for Ligue 1 club Monaco and the Senegalese national team. Lamine Camara started coaching football at Galaxy FA in Dakar, but returned to his home region just a year later with Casa Sport. Regularly updated in the Ziguinchor club’s youth categories, he was spotted by AS Génération Foot in 2019, signing his first professional contract with the capital club, where he quickly stood out in the first division
He then joined FC Metz in Ligue 2, Génération Foot’s partner since the beginning of February 2023. He signed a 3 and a half year contract with the club he joined after the CAN U20, played in Egypt.
