Eduardo Celmi Camavinga is an Angolan-born French footballer who plays as a midfielder or left-back, currently playing for Real Madrid. He was born on November 10, 2002, in Cabinda, Angola, and moved to France as a child. Camavinga began attracting attention on the football scene at the age of 16, when he debuted for Ligue 1 side Rennes in April 2019.

Mr. Celestino and Mrs. Sofia, Camavinga’s parents, are from Congo. During the Congolese war, they left their hometown, Kinshasa, for Angola, where Camavinga was born, but later migrated to France.
