Simon Adingra is an Ivorian professional football player who has a net worth of $1.5 million. Born in Yamoussoukro, the capital of Ivory Coast, and of humble origins, Adingra went to Benin at the age of 12 along with other compatriots convinced by a man who said he was a coach and who would take them to a football academy in the country, costing 300 euros. However, when they got there, nothing was as promised and Adingra and the boys were abandoned and deceived by the false promotion, having to work to survive in the country. Some time later, a compatriot himself ended up creating a football academy in the country, ABIS academy, where he took in several boys who had the dream but were on the streets, including Simon. From the Benin academy, he started playing for another academy called Right to Dream, in Ghana, in 2020. There he was one of the main highlights and was recruited by the Danish club Nordsjælland, who took him to the youth academy in January 2020. He stood out in the 2021–22 season by scoring ten goals in 33 matches and on June 24, 2022, his sale to Brighton was announced. In total, he played 40 matches and scored 12 goals.
He signed a four-year contract with the Seagulls and was presented on the same day that Nordsjælland confirmed his transfer.

On July 4, 2022, Adingra was announced as Union Saint-Gilloise’s fifth signing on a season-long loan.

He scored his first goal for Union Saint-Gilloise on 25 July 2022, in a 1-1 draw with Sint-Truiden in the first round of the Belgian Championship. His season for the Belgian club was an excellent one, with 51 appearances, 15 goals and 15 assists.

He made his debut and first goal for Brighton upon his return, on 12 August, in a 4–1 win over Luton Town in the first round of the Premier League.
