Polish man has back injury
Robert Lewandowski will miss the game against Portugal for the Polish team, in the Nations League, being absent for both dates for the Polish team.
The 36-year-old striker left with back complaints after the game at Real Sociedad. According to the Polish Federation, the captain must rest for ten days: “The Polish football federation informs that Robert Lewandowski will not participate in the November training camp for the Polish team, which is preparing for the Nations League games with Portugal and Scotland. The reason for the captain’s absence from the national team is a back injury he suffered in a league game against Real Sociedad, which leaves him out of action for around ten days.’
According to a medical report issued by Barcelona, Lewandowski is suffering from a “lumbar injury. The approximate time he will be out of action is 10 days.” It was clear that the player left the stadium limping.
It is worth remembering that for Portugal, Matheus Nunes and Pedro Gonçalves are absent, also due to injury.
