Lazio goalkeeper accuses ex-partner of not letting him see 3-year-old son

Case investigated by the Rome Prosecutor’s Office

Ivan Provedel , Lazio goalkeeper , filed a legal complaint against Giuditta Capecchi, his former teammate, for allegedly not letting him see their three-year-old son.

The case, initially reported by the newspaper Repubblica , supposedly has its origins in the fact that «the time management agreements with the child», at the time of the separation, were not respected, preventing the football player from maintaining a connection with his son.

The process, which is already in the hands of the Rome Prosecutor’s Office, develops very articulate and detailed documentation that describes the difficulties the player would have had in seeing his son, says Gazzetta dello Sport . The matter is being investigated and it remains to be clarified whether Provedel and Capecchi had signed a formal agreement regarding the time to be spent with their son.
