Barcelona: Dani Olmo and Pau Victor called up for Super Cup despite not being registered
Team heads to Saudi Arabia with 28 players
Despite not being registered in the League, Dani Olmo and Pau Victor were called up by Hansi Flick and travelled with the Barcelona team to Saudi Arabia, where they will play in the final four of the Spanish Super Cup.
Furthermore, Hansi Flick did not want to take any risks and the Blaugrana delegation is made up of 28 players, including Olmo and Víctor, with Barcelona awaiting a precautionary measure to contest the refusal of the League and the federation to register the players for the second half of the season.
The list of players called up includes four new players, who have not yet been released by doctors: Ferran Torres , Lamine Yamal , Andreas Christensen and Héctor Fort, who were in training on Monday, shortly before the trip to Saudi Arabia.
On Wednesday the team will face Athletic Bilbao in the semi-finals, with the final on Sunday – the other semi-final is between Real Madrid and Mallorca.
