Ivorian winger and ‘Red Devils’ extend link until 2030
Good news for Ruben Amorim at the start of this winter market. This Thursday, Manchester United announced the renewal of Amad Diallo .
The Ivorian winger’s contract was due to end at the end of this season, but has now been renewed until 2030.
«I am very proud to have signed this new contract. I’ve had incredible moments with this club, but there’s still a lot more to do. I have big ambitions in football and I want to make history at Manchester United”, said the player, to the club’s media: “I’ve learned a lot since I arrived here four years ago. I am very grateful to the coaches and the technical committee, who helped me evolve, and to the fans, who encourage me every day.”
Trained at Atalanta and United since 2020, Diallo has stood out in recent months, especially after Amorim took over the English team, scoring three goals and providing five assists in this period.
Furthermore, the current season is already Diallo’s best in a United shirt (six goals and seven assists), which is increasingly becoming an important part of Ruben Amorim’s strategy.
