Santos believes the forward will arrive this Wednesday
Neymar ‘s return to his home country is getting closer and closer. According to the Brazilian press, Santos is expecting the forward’s arrival this Wednesday.
After reaching an agreement with the player, the management of the São Paulo club is now waiting for the termination of the contract with the Saudis Al Hilal to be finalized in order to formalize the deal and announce him as a reinforcement.
According to Globo Esporte, Neymar is due to receive around 62 million euros from the Riyadh club, but the Brazilian international is available to give up part of this amount, stipulated in the contract valid until June of this year.
Santos wants the forward to be under Pedro Caixinha’s command as soon as possible, so that he can contribute to the Campeonato Paulista, the Taça do Brasil and the Brasileirão.
