Transfer market: Balotelli is leaving Genoa three months later
The forward has been at the Italian club since the end of October
Mario Balotelli was announced as a new signing for Genoa at the end of October. Three months later, the 34-year-old forward is leaving. The confirmation was given by Ottolini, the Rossoblù ‘s sporting director
“Mario has fallen down the pecking order, he wants to play and he doesn’t find enough space here, so we are looking for a good solution for all parties in these last days of the market,” he said, in statements to Sky Sports .
Wearing the Genoa jersey, where the Portuguese Vitinha plays , Balotelli played six games.
