Transfer Market: André Silva changes club in Germany

André Silva has switched clubs in the Bundesliga . On Monday morning, Werder Bremen officially signed the former FC Porto forward , who arrives on loan from RB Leipzig until the end of the season.

“I’m looking forward to it. Werder Bremen are having a good season, a good season and a good coach. I want to do my part to help the club achieve its goals,” the Portuguese international told the German club’s media.

Werder Bremen coach Ole Werner was pleased with the arrival of André Silva : “I am very happy that we have managed to sign André. He gives us more options in attack. He has presence in the box, a good finish and moves well in space.”

In the first half of the season, André Silva scored one goal and provided three assists in 15 appearances for RB Leipzig . In Germany, the 29-year-old forward has also represented Eintracht Frankfurt .
