Ancelotti on Güler: “I don’t know if he and I are in tune”

Ahead of Wednesday’s cup game against Real Sociedad (2-0), Carlo Ancelotti addressed the player’s situation. The Italian stressed that adapting to the first team takes time, but he was unhappy with the young Turk’s behavior.
“The problem is the lack of communication. He spends a lot of time with other people and I don’t know if we are in tune,” said the Real Madrid coach about the 20-year-old.
A few days ago, the Relevo website reported that Ancelotti is not satisfied with Arda Güler ‘s performance in training. The coach questions the player’s decision-making, his work under pressure and his tactical discipline. After further criticism, there is speculation about a possible transfer.
According to Blick, the Turkish international admits the possibility of leaving in the summer transfer window. Several clubs from England, Italy and Germany have shown interest in his signing. Although his future at Real Madrid is uncertain, the club’s management remains confident that Güler has the potential to show his full talent.
