Atlético de Madrid has already set the price to sell João Félix

However, there is an important detail to take into consideration: Barcelona’s financial situation. According to the Spanish press, Atlético are asking for 80 million euros to release Félix next summer, but there are other options to be considered.
According to SPORT, the most viable option is a new loan from Atlético, which would mean another year of payment postponement by the Madrid club, reducing Félix’s price for 2025.
Furthermore, Barcelona believes that they will actually be able to sign the Portuguese striker at that time for a sum of 40 million euros, a significantly more affordable price and already in a more favorable financial situation at Camp Nou.
