After six years at Paris Saint-Germain , Neymar left the French club. Although he enjoyed good times at PSG, the Brazilian star failed to meet the fans’ high expectations, which culminated in his move to Saudi Arabia.
Neymar reveals players he admired as a child
In 2021, Neymar revealed in an interview with the English edition of GQ that, although he did not support European teams as a child, he always admired some of the biggest stars in European football .
“There is no team in Europe that I like more, but I always watched the games to see the stars. When I was a kid, I loved watching football because of Zidane, Lampard, Rooney and Beckham… Those are the types of players I like”, he revealed.
