Guardiola reveals what he admires most about Bruno Fernandes: “Exceptional”

“He’s an exceptional player, especially in terms of consistency. He plays every game in every competition. I really admire that. Every time he has the ball, something happens. Free kicks, set pieces, links with Rashford, Garnacho and all the forwards they have there… He is a very important player”, he stated.
Asked if the ex-Sporting and Luke Shaw were the only players from the eternal rivals who could fight for a place in the citizens, the Spanish coach preferred to ‘kick it into the corner’: “These are football fantasies. I don’t like it.”
The 29-year-old midfielder, remember, has seven goals and eight assists after the 35 matches in which he was used by the Red Devils, since the start of this season.
