Guardiola reveals what he admires most about Bruno Fernandes: “Exceptional”

Manchester City coach considers the Portuguese international “a very important player” for Manchester United.

On the eve of the much-awaited derby of the 27th round of the Premier League, which is scheduled for 3:30 pm (Mainland Portugal time) this Saturday, Manchester City coach, Pep Guardiola, did not hold back in his praise for Manchester’s Bruno Fernandes United

“He’s an exceptional player, especially in terms of consistency. He plays every game in every competition. I really admire that. Every time he has the ball, something happens. Free kicks, set pieces, links with Rashford, Garnacho and all the forwards they have there… He is a very important player”, he stated.

Asked if the ex-Sporting and Luke Shaw were the only players from the eternal rivals who could fight for a place in the citizens, the Spanish coach preferred to ‘kick it into the corner’: “These are football fantasies. I don’t like it.”

The 29-year-old midfielder, remember, has seven goals and eight assists after the 35 matches in which he was used by the Red Devils, since the start of this season.
