Vítor Roque injured for two weeks
Barcelona forward on loan suffers ankle sprain and will miss four games for Betis
Vítor Roque was injured in Betis ‘ 1-2 home defeat to Mallorca last Monday and was substituted in the 69th minute. This was his fourth game for the club, his second as a starter, having already scored his first goal in the home match against Leganes.
The club announced this Wednesday the severity of his injury – a low-grade sprain of the internal ankle ligament – stating that he will be out of action for the next two weeks.
This means that the forward who was wanted by Sporting will miss the club’s next four games, against Las Palmas , Espanyol and Sevilla for La Liga and against Legia Warsaw in the Conference League , so he will only return after another international break.
The 19-year-old on loan from Barcelona joins Sabaly , Bartra , Isco and William Carvalho on the injured list.
