Ancelotti criticises Mbappé’s performance: “He needed a bit more precision”

Forward was caught offside on several occasions

Carlo Ancelotti commented on Mbappé ‘s performance in Real Madrid ‘s heavy 0-4 defeat at the Bernabéu against Barcelona on matchday 11 of La Liga . The forward was caught out several times by the offside trap.

“We took a risk. We knew they were using the high line and we almost took advantage. Then he had opportunities to score. Sometimes he was caught offside, but that’s normal with such a high line. He had three or four opportunities where he could have scored and he needed to be a bit more accurate,” he said in a press conference.
