Barcelona thrashes Sevilla and maintains the lead in La Liga

THE GAME
Barcelona dominated the first half at the Olímpico Lluís Companys. During the first 45 minutes, Sevilla were mere spectators to the Barça show. Lewandowski opened the scoring from the penalty spot in the 23rd minute. Soon after, in the 28th minute, Pedri extended the lead. Lewa made it three in the 38th minute. Total dominance for the Catalans.
The second half continued with Barça in control of the game. The score remained the same until the 36th minute, when Pablo Torre extended the lead for the home team. In the 41st minute, Idumbo managed to pull one back for Sevilla, but Torre scored the fifth two minutes later with a free kick. Full time: 5-1 to Barcelona.
