Sevilla beat Betis 1-0 on matchday 9 of La Liga
The Seville derbies are known for being very heated on and off the pitch and the last one was no exception. Sevilla beat Betis, with Rui Silva starting, 1-0 and, according to the Spanish press, there were some tense moments.
First with Del Nido Benavente, former president of Sevilla , who accused the club’s workers of protecting the betics. The second case had as protagonists the president of the verdiblancos , Ángel Haro, and Joaquín Caparrós, former coach of Sevilla.
According to COPE Sevilla , José María del Nido Benavente arrived at the Sánchez-Pizjuán and sought out one of two lawyers who work for Sevilla and who the former president of the Andalusian club accuses of being betic.
