André Onana has argued that Ruud van Nistelrooy should remain at Manchester United , even with the arrival of Rúben Amorim as coach. The Dutchman has already spoken about the current Sporting coach , making himself available to continue at Old Trafford as the Portuguese’s assistant.

“100 percent. He’s a good man and a great coach. He has a lot of experience and has done very well since he’s been here,” he told TNT Sports after the victory over PAOK in the Europa League .

“We had him as head coach for a few days and the players are happy, but it’s not something we decide. The club decides and we have to accept it, because they are the ones who have the final decision. It has to be something between him and the club,” he added.
