Man. United hit by… a rat infestation
English club is already trying to solve the problem
It seems like everything is happening to Manchester United . In addition to the disappointing results on the field, the English club is dealing with a rat infestation.
The problem is not new, but recently, the excrement of this animal was found in some suites at Old Trafford, as well as in a kiosk that sells food to fans, during a recent visit by hygiene inspectors. As a result, the club has been downgraded from four to two stars in terms of food hygiene, and has been ordered to make improvements.
According to the Daily Mail, the Red Devils are already working with pest control agencies and will implement a series of measures aimed at tackling the problem.
The problem is related to the location of United ‘s home , between a canal and a railway line. Colder temperatures in winter make the situation worse, as they cause these animals to gravitate to warmer, more sheltered areas.
