Mudryk reacts to suspension: “I know I didn’t do anything wrong”
Ukrainian international provisionally suspended after positive doping test
After the news that Mykhailo Mudryk was suspended after testing positive in a doping test, the Chelsea player has now reacted , denying having deliberately consumed any banned substance.
“I can confirm that I have been notified that a sample I provided to the Football Association contained a banned substance. This has come as a complete shock as I have never knowingly used any banned substances or broken any rules and I am working closely with my team to investigate how this could have happened,” the winger began.
“I know I haven’t done anything wrong and I remain hopeful that I’ll be back on the pitch soon. I can’t say anything more now due to the confidentiality of the process, but I will do so as soon as I can,” he concluded.
