Arsenal confirm serious injury to Gabriel Jesus
Brazilian forward will be out of action for a long time and forces the Gunners to go to the winter market for a striker

Last Sunday, Gabriel Jesus was again a starter for Arsenal in the home match against Manchester United , which resulted in their elimination from the FA Cup on penalties, and ended up being substituted due to injury.
The 27-year-old gave way to Sterling , still in the first half, in the 40th minute, after suffering a foul (not called) by Bruno Fernandes , at the edge of the penalty area, and left the pitch on a stretcher.
After the end of the game, Mikel Arteta revealed that the injury appeared serious, but only this Tuesday did the club confirm that the Brazilian suffered a rupture in the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee and, therefore, will be out of action for a long time.
The striker joins a long list of players in the Gunners ‘ medical department : Saka , Nwaneri, Tomiyasu , Ben White and Calafiori , and will force the English side to go to the market for a striker, something that the Spanish coach also explained is a possibility.
