Florentino Pérez re-elected president of Real Madrid
No other candidate stood for election.

Florentino Pérez has been re-elected president of Real Madrid until 2029.
The maximum leader of the Merengues will continue for another four years after no other candidates were presented for the elections for president and Board of Directors, which were called on January 7th. The deadline for submitting applications ended on Saturday.
It will be the seventh term for Florentino Pérez, who has only faced an opponent on two occasions. In 2000 and 2004, Florentino Pérez defeated Lorenzo Sanz, his predecessor in office.
With Florentino Pérez as president, Real Madrid has already won 65 titles, 37 in football and 28 in basketball.
