Manchester City face 130 charges from the Premier League for allegedly concealing material financial information between 2009 and 2018. The case has already gone through the court and the verdict is expected in the coming months, in the spring.
On the pitch, Klopp’s Liverpool have twice finished 2nd in the league, one point behind Manchester City (in 2018/19 and 2021/22), and depending on the punishment applied to the citizens , there will be a slim possibility, according to Sky Sports , of the club being punished with the loss of these titles (and not only).
“We will do whatever it takes to celebrate, we could have our own parade in my garden. My God, what a headline! We will see. I didn’t follow everything, but we will see,” added Klopp.
