Kvaratskhelia says goodbye to Napoli: “One day, I’ll tell you everything”
Georgian creative to join PSG after two and a half years with the Neapolitans
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia said goodbye to Napoli fans this Thursday with a heartfelt video on social media. After two and a half seasons in Italy , the 23-year-old Georgian will be teammates with Nuno Mendes , Vitinha , João Neves and Gonçalo Ramos at PSG , in exchange for 70 million euros.
“One day, I will tell you everything,” says the player, who faced Portugal at Euro 2024, during the video, about the process that led to his departure from Napoli. “It is difficult for me, but it is time to say goodbye. I had a fantastic time here, with great memories and incredible emotions. Napoli was my home,” added Kvara.
Having won a Serie A title for the club, Kvaratskhelia leaves Napoli with a record of 30 goals and 24 assists in 107 appearances, having formed a formidable partnership with Victor Osimhen in the year they won the Scudetto in 2023.
