Liverpool beat Newcastle 2-0 on Wednesday and remain firmly in the lead at the top of the competition. Szoboszlai scored in the first half at Anfield, and Mac Allister extended the lead in the second half with a pass from Salah . The Egyptian striker has the most assists in the tournament, with 17 in total. The home team remains in first place with 67 points, while Newcastle remains in sixth with 44.

HOW WAS THE GAME?
