Man City eliminates Leyton, from the Third Division, and advances in the FA Cup
Home team opens the scoring with a great goal, but Khusanov and De Bruyne turn the game around for Manchester

City suffers but advances
In a match valid for the FA Cup, Manchester City had to work hard to eliminate Leyton Orient, from the Third Division, and won 2-1 in a comeback. The home team opened the scoring with a great goal that will unfortunately be credited to goalkeeper Ortega (own goal) after a shot by Donley almost from midfield. Khusanov, who deflected a shot by Rico Lewis, and Kevin De Bruyne scored the goals for Guardiola’s team.
Although City had more possession throughout the game, always with more than 70% possession (they finished with 73%), the Third Division team were a nuisance throughout.
The biggest proof that City were in danger is that Guardiola had to resort to his first-team players after starting the game with a completely reserve team. Halfway through the second half, the Catalan brought on Kevin de Bruyne and Foden. The Belgian ended up deciding the match in the final stretch with a beautiful right-footed touch after a pass from Grealish.
