Real Madrid: Discriminatory behaviour warrants partial closure of the Santiago Bernabéu
Measure is suspended, depending on reoccurrence, but club will have to pay 30 thousand euros now

UEFA has announced that it has punished Real Madrid after “discriminatory behaviour” in the UEFA Champions League play -off match against Manchester City , with the partial closure of the Santiago Bernabéu, with a two-year suspended sentence.
In addition to this measure, applied due to non-compliance with article 14 of the Disciplinary Rules which refers to racist or discriminatory behaviour, the Madrid residents will also have to pay a fine of 30 thousand euros. If, in the next two years, this happens again, a section with more than 500 seats will be closed at a Real Madrid home European match .
