Chelsea beat Fulham 2-1 this Sunday in a match from the 33rd round of the Premier League. At Craven Cottage, the home team took the lead in the 20th minute through Alex Iwobi. Enzo Maresca’s team only turned the game around in the final stretch. Tyrique George equalized in the 37th minute of the second half, and Pedro Neto unleashed a left-footed strike to score the winning goal in the 48th minute.

CHELSEA CONTINUES TO FIGHT FOR G5

With the win, Chelsea now has 57 points, overtaking Nottingham Forest and reclaiming fifth place in the Premier League table. The fight for a place in next season’s Champions League remains tighter than ever, with just two points separating third-place Newcastle (59) from seventh-place Aston Villa (57). With 48, Fulham is now behind in ninth place. In the next round, the Blues face Everton, while Fulham face Southampton.
